Community Canvas: A Celebration of Creativity and Collaboration
We're excited to share the first edition of Community Canvas, a unique editorial look book created in collaboration with Pier Five. This project brings together a remarkable group of talents, showcasing our looks from Kuwalla Tee, a Montreal-based fashion brand dedicated to helping you express your creative authenticity.
This edition highlights a diverse mix of innovators, each embodying the entrepreneurial spirit that fuels our community.
Glory Allan is one of the standout contributors. As a passionate fashion designer and online content creator, he empowers others to embrace their creativity. Through his work, Glory inspires people to explore their hobbies and discover the joy of making their own clothes. His commitment to bridging fashion and education fosters a space for self-expression and creativity.
Adria Kain, a artist and soulful singer, adds depth to the canvas with her authentic storytelling. Recently, she launched her own photography and creative direction studio, creating a welcoming environment for creatives from all backgrounds. Adria’s work reflects her journey and commitment to inclusivity in the artistic community.
Post Design, founded by JP Guay and Amanda Mota, captivates vintage lovers with their curated studio specializing in unique furniture and wares. They not only provide carefully selected pieces but also foster community through design services and events, making their studio a hub of creativity.
Teaunna Gray, an Afro-Indigenous director and film photographer from Toronto, enriches the narrative with her multicultural perspective. Through her studio, Of Sorts®, she supports underrepresented artists and encourages impactful dialogue within the creative community.
At the heart of it all is Pier Five, founded by Julian Golden and Jeff Lei. They are dedicated to empowering creative entrepreneurs across Canada by hosting networking events and initiatives that connect thousands of small business owners. Their work shapes culture and drives economic growth, creating a vibrant network of founders.
We’re proud to sponsor this campaign, which celebrates the power of creative partnerships. Every look in the editorial features our new Fall/Winter 2024 collection, highlighting the intersection of fashion and community.
