How does Kuwalla fit? 

Find more about the fit of your favourite item under “Size & Fit” right below the Add to Cart button. From there all measurements are available by size.

 

Can I cancel my order? 

Yes. If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to info@kuwallatee.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted and processed, we cannot cancel the purchase.  

 

Can I change my delivery address? 

Yes. If you have made a mistake with your address when placing your order, please contact info@kuwallatee.com immediately so we can try to rectify your details. Please quote your order number and “ADDRESS CHANGE” in the email subject line to speed the process up.  

 

Will I receive a confirmation email when I place my order? 

Yes. As soon as you place an order, an automatic confirmation email including all your order details is sent to your email address.  

 

How can I track my order? 

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll notify you with an email containing your parcel’s tracking information.

 

Why have I not received my order within the estimated time? 

Our warehouse staff works hard to ship your order within 48hrs following your purchase. Unfortunately, we aren’t responsible for delays when it comes to carrier services. Before contacting our customer service team, please make sure to check the tracking information that was included in your confirmation email using the relevant link. In the event of a delivery problem or an unreasonable waiting time, do not hesitate to contact us at info@kuwallatee.com.

 

When do I get free shipping? 

We offer free ground shipping on orders over 100$ in North America. We offer free international shipping on orders over 350$. Find more information on our Shipping Fees Page.

 

How do I send a parcel back for a return? 

Please go to our Return & Exchanges Page for steps on how to return a parcel.

 

Can I return an item I have purchased during a sale? 

All gift cards and underwear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

All items purchased under promotions, with a "final sale" mention or in the sales section are not eligible for refund or exchanges. A store credit may be available.

 

How long will it take me to get my refund? 

The refund will be processed back onto the original method of payment used for purchase within 48hours of receiving the return. Depending on your bank or credit card company it can take up to 5 business days to post the refund to your account. 

 

How long does it take for my exchange to be completed? 

Returns are processed within 72 hours of reception. 

 

How do I use my store credit code? 

You can use your store credit code in the checkout process. Simply type your store credit code into the discount box and the amount credited will be deducted from the total amount.  

Promotional codes and store credit codes cannot be used at the same time. If you would like to use a gift card with a discount code, you can email us at info@kuwallatee.com and we can work a way around it!  

 

I emailed customer service, how long will it take them to respond? 

Due to high volumes of inquiries, it can take our customer service representatives up to 48 hours to respond. Sending multiple emails only delays yours and other people’s inquiries, please only email once.  

 

What is the best way to clean Kuwalla clothing?  

When it comes to Tees, Hoodies and pants : we suggest cleaning pieces in a cold wash and hang dry the pieces.  

When it comes to jackets: we suggest bringing them to a dry cleaner and letting them carefully clean it.
