Shipping

Free ground shipping on orders over $100.

We offer free ground shipping on orders totaling over $100 CAD not including tax & shipping cost. Ground Shipping may take up to 4-5 business days depending on your location.

All orders placed during regular business hours will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.  Express orders made before 2PM will be shipped on the same day. Any payment authorization/verification or national holiday may cause delays to your shipment.

For all orders, please provide a valid phone number and email address as we or the courier may need to contact you regarding your order/delivery. We will be sending you the tracking number of your order by email.

*Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

International shipping
We offer free International FedEx Ground shipping on orders totaling $350 CAD not including tax & shipping cost.

Shipping
Shipping duration may vary depending on distance, customs and the courier. Customs may hold your package for further screenings. There is no guaranteed date of release and we cannot supply any details regarding this process. 

Returns & Exchanges
Shipping fees due to returns and exchanges overseas must be covered by the customer. We cannot provide any shipping labels for returns and exchanges outside of North America. 

The amount paid for the order does not reflect any importation taxes. We are not responsible for any custom/duty taxes your country may charge for your package. If you decide to reject the package, only the amount paid for the items will be refunded once we receive the package back. Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
